A Fresh Perspective on 9/11

My friend Karel posted this on facebook.  I don’t know.  The guy starts out with a seriously impressive resume.  Legendary aeronautical lineage.  Thousands of hours of flight on hundreds of types of aircraft.  Decades of experience.  Awards all over the damn house.

Until there is a proper investigation, there will be questions

Then he begins his statement by saying “No Boeing 767 airliners hit the Twin Towers as fraudulently alleged by the government, media, NIST and its contractors.  Such crashes did not occur because they are physically impossible as depicted for the following reasons:

Well, certainly things that looked a lot like airplanes hit the towers, we all saw that, and those were the airplanes that didn’t land safely that day, so it’s reasonable to assume that two Boeing 767 airliners did hit the towers that day, and it was them.  It’s easier to believe than the alternative, which is that the government somehow did away with all the passengers in a warehouse on an Air Force base in Maine or somewhere, and then crashed something else that looked remarkably like Boeing 747s into the buildings, for no particular reason.

Mr. Lear’s reasons are that a Boeing 767 would have buckled on impact instead of  penetrating the building, and there would have been airplane debris all over the ground.  Also, that they couldn’t have achieved that speed at that height, and the plane would have been shaking enough to make targeting a specific building difficult.

Like I say, I don’t know.  He’s the aircraft expert, not me.  But while his conspiracy theory doesn’t fit my conspiracy theory, his facts don’t contradict it, either.

Bombs in the building (or on the plane, or both) explains the lack of debris, and remote control explains the steadiness at the controls better than Arab terrorists do.

There’s a lot about the events of that day that is still unexplained.  I’m just glad to see that not everybody has forgotten about it.

Just for the record, Lear is a committed ufologist. He says airliners didn’t plow into the towers SOoooooo must have been alien aircraft.
