Just came from a poetry reading. At first I was a bit ticked off that the management had relegated us to the basement (poets are not big spenders), but then I really liked the space, it was

a way back basement, you had to down a set of steps and then up some and then down again, arched ceiling, dim lighting – it felt right, for a poetry reading. Underground.
The big news of the day is , once again, Herman Cain. One of the women he allegedly harrassed has gone public. Her name is Sharon Bialek, blonde, maybe a bit on the chubby side, attractive enough. She says he put his hand up her skirt, and pulled her head down towards his crotch.
One of the other accusers, who still wants to stay anonymous, and doesn’t want to directly violate her non-disclosure agreement, said something along the lines of “Yup, that sounds like Herman.”
But what I really found interesting was Bialek’s attorney. Gloria Allred, of course. How the hell does she do it? She is everywhere. I mean, up until 5 minutes ago nobody knew this woman’s name and, bingo, Gloria Allred, feminism’s most famous ambulance chaser, is there. Love her or hate her, she is a phenomenon.
I don’t know if these charges will damage Herman Cain, up until now he’s been a Teflon candidate; but from what Sharon Bialek said, it’s at least as serious as a pubic hair on a coke can.

Yup, this man, Cain, is disgusting if this is true…and I am sure it is. No wonder our country is a mess. All the male leaders want to straighten out or act upon is their sexual urges. These men certainly don’t need Viagra-type drugs, they need sedatives. Why can’t these guys get their kicks from their lovers, wives, or professional sources and get on with the business of straightening out and acting upon the economy ????
